Quantific is a web based Employee Intelligence Centre that controls information on employees from all industries using a technology called the CRV platform. Our cutting edge technology verifies, validates and manages information on employees in real time and offers the first tracking system for employers where the status and history of employees can be tracked and recorded in real time between organizations.
The CRV system consolidates employee information stored across various employer landscapes into the Quantific system enabling clients to have a single screenshot or view of the employee that includes defined background screening searches, verifications and employee history.
Once captured into our system the employee becomes live and the CRV technology interrogates information in real time from various sources enabling clients to track, update and manage information on employees through state of the art functionalities.
By entering only the identity or passport number the system provides a Consolidated Report Verification (CRV), allowing an easy screening and information management process, enabling employers to make informed decisions fast, reduce recruitment time, costs and risk.
